Over the past two decades Traciana Graves has used her voice in a unique set of ways to create more inclusive places to live, work and learn. Traciana, was voted ‘America’s Most Fearless Women’ by the Huffington Post, for the work that she has accomplished to foster greater inclusion and innovation as a corporate strategist, keynote speaker and internationally acclaimed vocalist.

Today, Traciana speaks and consults throughout the country facilitating corporate training and organizational workshops for fortune 500 companies, the WNBA and hundreds of higher education institutions. In addition, Traciana’s seasoned insights are featured on national media outlets throughout the United States.

Traciana Graves is a native New Yorker, who grew up between Paris and Harlem. Traciana studied at the Sorbonne and graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in languages and international relations. After completing her degree, Traciana returned to France and established herself as a highly sought-after vocalist. During that time, she toured throughout the world with artists such as Celine Dion and six time Grammy award-winning Steel Pulse. As Traciana continued to perform for audiences around the world, she developed curriculum and workshops as an extension of her concerts for orphanages and international organizations.

Upon returning back to United States Traciana attended NYU in to complete their organizational consulting certification program to hone her skills in organizational training and development. As she continued to work with companies and organizations around the country, Traciana developed a methodology for producing digital storytelling, as another layer of media to change the narrative around authentic leadership, inclusion and innovation.
