Over the past two decades Traciana Graves has used her voice in a unique set of ways to create more inclusive places to live, work and learn. Traciana, was voted ‘America’s Most Fearless Women’ by the Huffington Post, for the work that she has accomplished to foster greater inclusion and innovation as a corporate strategist, keynote speaker and internationally acclaimed vocalist.
Today, Traciana speaks and consults throughout the country facilitating corporate training and organizational workshops for fortune 500 companies, the WNBA and hundreds of higher education institutions. In addition, Traciana’s seasoned insights are featured on national media outlets throughout the United States.
Traciana Graves is a native New Yorker, who grew up between Paris and Harlem. Traciana studied at the Sorbonne and graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in languages and international relations. After completing her degree, Traciana returned to France and established herself as a highly sought-after vocalist. During that time, she toured throughout the world with artists such as Celine Dion and six time Grammy award-winning Steel Pulse. As Traciana continued to perform for audiences around the world, she developed curriculum and workshops as an extension of her concerts for orphanages and international organizations.
Upon returning back to United States Traciana attended NYU in to complete their organizational consulting certification program to hone her skills in organizational training and development. As she continued to work with companies and organizations around the country, Traciana developed a methodology for producing digital storytelling, as another layer of media to change the narrative around authentic leadership, inclusion and innovation.
Traciana believes that creating inclusive, winning workplace cultures that attract and retain top diverse talent can be daunting. Her expertise as an innovation-inclusion strategist and keynote speaker makes the potentially uncomfortable conversation about diversity-inclusion– comfortable, engaging and effective. In addition, she integrates the multi-media thought leadership, which features diverse insights and perspectives, into the various curriculum and training that she develops to support leaders and their companies in effecting sustainable change.

Traciana is also the founder of Say Something Beautiful and Project Bully Free Zone, two national campaigns dedicated to ending bullying in the workplace, higher education institutions and schools.
In 2016 during a key presentation at Madison Square Garden in partnership with the WNBA, Traciana introduced the mission of her newly launched platform, The Visionary Leader Network (The VLNetwork). Traciana revealed why she felt the need to create this platform as an extension of the deep work she had achieved with leaders in the corporate and higher educational sector over the years. The VLNetwork is an interactive platform that produces original media content, on demand training and curated expertise to support to support individuals in achieving extraordinary breakthroughs in their professional and personal lives.
